Lucia Brodie won the Margaret Rutherford Scholarship to train at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts on the Postgraduate Acting course and graduated in September 2003. Since training Lucia has filmed the pilot ‘Great British Gags’ for BBC 3; played ‘Maddie’ in the short film ‘Love and a Tuna Sandwich’ for Factory Girls Films; and most recently, played in the lead role as ‘Helen’ in ‘How it Plays Out’ for Funny Hippo Theatre Co. Lucia is very excited to be working with the Ithaka Theatre Co. for the first time, particularly with this tour of BARE - and especially as it will be her first opportunity to be back in the North-West where she is originally from. |
